  • We ship from Michigan.

  • Your item is made to order within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Ordered items are then shipped within 1-2 business days of arrival in stock. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.​​

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at or call 1-800-250-9265. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

  • Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. 


Your items will be shipped using UPS Ground. The UPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at or call 1-800-250-9265 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please note that weather and postal service problems are out of our control.


We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and minus the shipping costs for the return. Please call 1-800-250-9265 for a Return Authorization Number.


Sorry custom orders are not returnable. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
